My street photography explores the poetry of everyday life unfolding in public spaces. Working in both black and white and color, I observe and document fleeting moments, human gestures, and quiet interactions that often go unnoticed in the rhythm of the streets. Through candid imagery, my work seeks to capture the subtle stories, emotions, and connections that reveal the character of a place and the people who move through it.
Much of my early work began in the early 2010s, when I photographed primarily with expired Kodak Tri-X 400 black and white film using rangefinder cameras and wide-angle lenses. My explorations took me across the western United States, documenting life as it unfolded in small towns, highways, and city streets. Unfortunately, much of this original film archive was lost over time, leaving only a small collection of low-resolution digital remnants.
In mid-2025, I returned to photography with renewed focus and purpose. What began as a rediscovery quickly became a rejuvenation—an opportunity to continue the exploration with a clearer voice and deeper determination to document the evolving landscapes and human moments that shape the streets today.
